Mr. Mafera oversees the commercial appraisal division and has almost 30 years experience in eminent domain appraisal which is important due to the unique issues involved in takings. This involves applicable law for which the appraiser must consider in the appraisal.

He has testified in many Eminent Domain jury trials in his career, as well as numerous depositions, Order of Taking hearings, and has been accepted as an expert witness in many Florida counties.
